Terms & Conditions
1. Conditions of Carriage
All shipments are carried subject to the standard conditions of carriage of BT CARGO INTERNATIONAL. By handing over a parcel, the sender accepts these terms on behalf of themselves and the receiver.
2. Prohibited Items
Hazardous materials, illegal goods, currency, and perishable items without prior written agreement are not accepted. The sender is responsible for declaring contents accurately.
3. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the standard liability limit, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance was purchased at booking.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a breach of contract.
5. Document Verification
Verification services are performed with reasonable care based on information provided by issuing and receiving organizations. Verification results reflect the response of the verifying organization.
6. Claims
Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the expected delivery date, accompanied by the original receipt and tracking number.
7. Privacy
Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties except as required to complete delivery.
